To help students who have had an interruption in their education after graduating from high school.

Eligibility and Selection Criteria: Undergraduate student.
Must be from Mercer, Wood, or Sandusky County who has been out of high school for at least five years and not previously attended a college or university.
Must maintain minimum 2.5 GPA.
Financial need.
