Dalton-Wilson Choral Music Scholarship

The Dalton-Wilson Choral Music Scholarship was established to help bring talented choral students who demonstrate outstanding potential for a choral music career to the College of Musical Arts.

Four (4) scholarships shall be awarded each year, one for each academic level.

Incoming freshman students must:
Have a minimum high school GPAof 3.0;
Have an ACT score of 23 or above;
Be a choral music education major;
Demonstrate financial need as determined by FAFSA.

Rising sophomore, junior and senior students must:
Have a minimum GPA of 3.0;
Be a choral music education major;
Must participate in choral ensembles;
Demonstrate financial need as determined by FAFSA;
Receive a recommendation of the College of Musical Arts Choral Faculty.

Preference for all recipients is for students who are coming from a smaller town in northwest Ohio. If no viable candidate exists from a smaller town in northwest Ohio, the preference shall be any deserving choral music student from a city in Northwest Ohio or from elsewhere in Ohio.
