Alma J. Payne Scholarship
To be eligible for the Alma J. Payne Scholarship students must:
Be graduate students of American Culture Studies;
Doctoral (Ph.D.) candidates provide prospectus describing proposed dissertation topic, current curriculum vita, letter of recommendation;
Masters (MA) candidates provide prospectus describing proposed thesis topic.
Preference will be given to students who show financial need
