Leslie J Chamberlin Scholarship for Disadvantaged Youth

Scholarship recognizes a full-time student pursuing a teacher education program in the College of Education and Human Development.

Criteria: Full-time student pursuing a teacher education program.
Participating in President’s Leadership Academy.
GPA between 3.0 and 3.5
Permanent resident of State of Ohio
Financial need
On-going participation in extra-curricular activities with emphasis in area of service to young people.
Renewable if recipient continues to meet all criteria and show satisfactory progress toward completion of a degree and teaching licensure.
If no PLA member is eligible, scholarship will be awarded to a student who meets all other criteria.
