Marcia J. Foss Scholarship

The Marcia J. Foss Scholarship was established to provide financial support for students from Toledo Public Schools.

Eligibility:
Be an incoming or continuing student;
Must have a high school or college GPA of 2.5 or greater;
Must demonstrate financial need as determined by FAFSA;
Must have graduated from Toledo Public Schools, with preference to Woodward High School graduates.
