Richard & Genevieve Hornish Family Scholarship

Scholarship recognizes two students (one male and one female) studying in the College of Education & Human Development to become a teacher.

Eligibility: Junior or senior.

Criteria: full-time undergraduate student.
Pursuing degree in education (teaching).
Preference given to graduates of Ohio high school.
GPA between 2.55 and 3.4.
Must have member of family who is employed or has retired from teaching K-12 in either public or private schools.
Financial need.
Preference given to applicants who are currently active in community or extra-curricular activities.
Renewable – but must re-apply and continue to meet all eligibility criteria.
