Elfreda M. Rusher Music Education Scholarship

Scholarship provides an annual award to a qualified full-time undergraduate student in the College of Musical Arts who desires to teach music.

Eligibility: Full-time undergraduate student in the College of Musical Arts majoring in music education.

Criteria: Recipient must be a rising junior or senior; Minimum GPA of 3.0; Demonstrates financial need; Is a resident of Ohio.
