Janet Essex Babcock Scholarship

Scholarship provides BGSU students with financial support.

Eligibility: Current full-time student in the Allen W. and Carol M. Schmidthorst College of Business or an incoming freshman committed to studying business at BGSU. Preference will be given to students majoring in accounting/MIS.

Criteria: Recipient must be in good standing or meet the academic requirements for admittance to BGSU; if academic requirements of the Scholarship are met, preference will be given to an applicant from Northwest Ohio who is the child of a cancer victim or a single parent; application must include a brief statement outlining the applicant’s academic and career intentions and including any info that places the applicant in one of the preferred categories.
