Richard W. Arnold Army ROTC Scholarship

The Richard W. Arnold Army ROTC Scholarship was established to provide assistance to Army ROTC students.

Eligibility:
Must be enrolled full time;
Must be a freshman or sophomore cadet;
Must demonstrate financial need as determined by FAFSA.
