Gertrude (Bensch) Dehring Education Scholarship

The Gertrude (Bensch) Dehring Education Scholarship was established to provide support for BGSU student who are studying to become educators.

Eligibility:
Must be enrolled in the College of Education and Human Development;
Must be majoring in any teacher preparation program leading to licensure;
Must be in good academic standing;
Must demonstrate financial need as determined by FAFSA.
Preference shall be given to student in the following order: 1) graduates of Oak Harbor High School; 2) graduates of Genoa High School; 3) graduates of any Ottawa County, Ohio high school.
