Nachbar Imagination Scholarship

The Klein Scholarship for Residential Learning Communities Fund was created to provide educational Scholarships, including the Nachbar Imagination Scholarship, to students residing in the University’s Residential Learning Communities who exhibit academic excellence and demonstrate a commitment to the mission of the program.

To be eligible for the Nachbar Imagination Scholarship, students must:
o Be rising sophomores who have produced work of striking imaginative quality both inside and outside the classroom during his or her first year;
o Be full-time students accepted into an official BGSU Residential Learning Community;
o Be in good academic standing;
o Demonstrate outstanding academic achievement by maintaining a 3.2 GPA; and
o Adhere to the application process as determined by the selection committee, which must include:
o Submitting examples that demonstrate high imagination, i.e., creative papers, records of performance, testimonials about class activity, etc.
